Booking Application and EOI

A booking application can involve one or two steps. The Expression of Interest (EOI) is the first step in purchasing real estate in Dubai. By submitting an EOI, a client indicates their intention to buy a particular property. This document demonstrates the client’s willingness to make a transaction but it is not legally binding.

Submitting an EOI gives clients access to the most interesting projects, as many popular developments in the UAE are sold out during the pre-launch phase. Sometimes, submitting an EOI is the only way to buy a property in a specific project.

• Priority Reservation

Those who submit an EOI gain priority booking rights during the sales launch, when all project information including layouts, final prices and brochures are disclosed.

• More Options

Clients can submit EOIs for multiple units, which gives them more options for choosing flats at the start of sales.
