Unlike in Russia, property areas in the UAE are measured in square feet instead of square meters. To quickly convert these values in your head, you can use a simple rule: 1 square meter is approximately equal to 10 square feet. For a more precise conversion, the coefficient is 10.76.

For example:

• If an apartment has an area of 1,000 square feet, you can estimate it in square meters by dividing the value by 10: 1,000 ÷ 10 = 100 m² (approximate)
• A more accurate calculation would be: 1,000 ÷ 10.76 = 92.9 m²
